Yes, we ship Worldwide. Please contact us for a shipping quote. If shipping is going out of the states the customer is responsible for any tax or duty fees Florin Connect does not have control nor does it collect any fees. Please check with your customs office for fees.

What is the return policy?
We offer a 7 day satisfaction guarantee, simply return the item and we will refund your cost- minus shipping and handling. Please obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from one of our customer service associates before placing a return.  Returns can take 24-48 hours to process and up to 7 days to refund.

Do you charge restocking fees?
