  • Used Motorcycle Parts are sold for 1/2 the price of a new part. Used Motorcycle Parts are the only way to go. Our biggest sellers are Motorcycle Engines and Frames. ECCycle buys their bikes from insurance companies, dealerships and individuals in all 50 states. If you have wrecked your bike recently or know someone who has, contact ECCycle and let them bid on your salvage. They pay more for salvage than the insurance companies. If you have a used Bike or ATV for sale or one that is collecting dust and you need some cash fast. Find out what it is worth. NOW !!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Your satisfaction is our priority.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the item’s shipment date.
  • Sales tax is collected for all orders being shipped to Maine, where our company is headquartered.  If you are a legally exempt organization or an authorized reseller, please fax the appropriate documents prior to paying for your order to: 207-478-8884.
  • All items MUST be in their original condition, not worn or altered.  We do not reimburse the return shipping charges.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail.
  • We do our best to provide a true representation of our products.  Sometimes, because of enlarging the photo or because of individual monitor settings, there may be slight variations in colors.
  • Occasionally we discover that an item is damaged and we are unable to ship it.  We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the money paid.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship Worldwide. Please contact us for a shipping quote. If shipping is going out of the states the customer is responsible for any tax or duty fees Case 123 does not have control nor does it collect any fees. Please check with your customs office for fees.

What happens after I have paid for my item?
Orders are processed each day Monday thru Friday. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after submitted.

What shipping methods do you have available?
We use several freight carriers depending on your location and the product being shipped. For all small packages, we use UPS and USPS.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
When will you receive your order? Please read the information below.  It is important that you understand how we process orders.  We appreciate your order and want you to have an accurate level of expectation with respect to delivery of your order. To determine the date we'll ship your order, allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing, packing and labeling.  Then add the transit time as shown in the chart below for the shipping method you selected at checkout.  For example, UPS Next Day Air will get your package to you the day after the processing is complete.  Orders with express shipping options (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select) still require 2 to 3 business days for order processing.  Selecting 2nd Day Air does not mean you will receive your order in two days.  Still have a question?

What is the return policy?
Patriot Surplus wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If the item you receive does not meet your expectations, we are happy to exchange it or offer a refund for the purchase amount less shipping fees. In order to accept a return, the items being returned must be new, unworn, returned with all boxes, packing materials and tags intact. Boots worn outside can not be returned. There can be no soiling, sand, or scuff marks on the boot or it can not be restocked. Returns must be received within 30 days of the delivery date. Shipping fees are never refundable.  Any Danner, LaCrosse or Belleville boots returned with no exchange will be charged a 15% restocking fee which is deducted from your refund.

You must obtain a return authorization number from our customer service department prior to sending your item back to us. Please note any size change requests if you are seeking an exchange. If you need a larger or smaller size, please state the exact size needed. We will issue you a return authorization number and give you return instructions. Some items such as boots are shipped direct from the manufacturer and will have different return addresses than items shipped from our central Pennsylvania warehouse. Please do not return items without a valid Return Authorization.

The item must be returned within 30 days via a trackable shipping service to be eligible for return. If the item is returned damaged, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase amount. Items returned beyond the 30 day limit can not be refunded. Thank you for your business. We appreciate it!
